1 Acceptance of Terms

ra8888 provides an online gambling platform covering online slots, live casino, sports betting, tennis betting and cricket betting to eligible players. This service operates under international licensing and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the ra8888 Privacy Policy and any promotional terms issued from time to time, form the entire agreement between ra8888 and the player.

2 Player Eligibility

To register and use ra8888 services, you must meet the following requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) account on the ra8888 platform. Holding multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being terminated and all balances within them forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including:

• A valid date of birth.
• A valid and active email address.
• A reachable mobile phone number.
• A unique and secure password for your account.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ra8888 is not responsible for any loss arising from the use of your account by a third party due to your own negligence.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum Limits: The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. All withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

A player's account may only be used for legitimate gambling purposes. ra8888 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal if there is suspicious activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.

ra8888 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges outside of ra8888's control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ra8888 offers various promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the promotion is announced.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → balance RM220 → total wagering required RM120 × 15 = RM1,800.
• Example: Deposit RM1,800 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM2,800 → total wagering required RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.

In addition to the welcome bonus, ra8888 also provides a weekly cashback programme through a VIP membership consisting of four (4) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate increases as players move up through the VIP tiers.

ra8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any specific terms for a particular promotion will be communicated through the platform's official channels.

6 Player Conduct

By using the ra8888 platform, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using automation software, bots, scrapers or any third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to disrupt, attack or technically compromise the operation of the platform.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another individual.
• Providing false information during the registration or verification process.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or financial criminal activity.
• Harassing or threatening other players or ra8888 staff.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or bugs in the system for personal gain.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action including temporary suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of account balances, and/or legal action.

7 Intellectual Property

All content found on the ra8888 platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, software, user interfaces, designs and databases, is the exclusive property of ra8888 or our legitimate licensors.

Players are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without first obtaining written permission from ra8888.

The name "ra8888" along with all spelling variations and its logo constitutes a registered trademark. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may expose the infringing party to legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

The ra8888 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. ra8888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

ra8888 will not be liable for any losses suffered by players resulting from:

• Technical disruptions, system failures or internet service outages.
• Game outcomes that do not satisfy the player.
• Financial losses incurred while gambling on the platform.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental damages related to the use of the platform.

9 Account Termination

Voluntary Termination: Players may close their account at any time by contacting the ra8888 customer support team. Before the account is closed, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy currently in effect.

Termination by ra8888: ra8888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requirements.
• A request from the relevant authorities.
• If the player is found to be in a restricted territory.

10 Amendments to Terms

ra8888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at ra8888's absolute discretion. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page and the date of update will be clearly indicated.

For amendments that involve material changes to the rights or obligations of players, ra8888 will provide at least seven (7) working days' notice via email to the registered address or through in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the ra8888 platform after the effective date of such amendments will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the relevant amendments, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

11 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which ra8888 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this document will remain in full force and effect.
